Congratulations, the answer is of course False - If you ask them what they're going to do to put things right, there is an 80 per cent chance that they will offer or give you less than you feel entitled to. Be specific and improve your chances of getting what you want. As long as what you propose is reasonable, you do it in a polite but firm manner and what you've asked for is within their authority level to concede you will achieve far better outcomes that simply relying on "What are you going to do about it?" or "Make me an offer".
