When did you come through the Scotwork Course? Need a bit of fine tuning, practice or to polish up your skills?

Just like taking an advanced driving course or getting some specialised training to take your trusty vehicle round the track or off road the one day Scotwork Refresher provides an opportunity for past participants to top up and fine tune their existing understanding of process & utilisation of skills.

Just like the standard course the refresher is a very practical programme. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills again via the caseplay medium. This will be followed by in depth analysis & feedback of participants management of the process & skills of negotiating.

Inputs will include managing the process, assessing the power balance, generating corporate wish & concession lists & action planning for further skills enhancement.

Participants will also have the opportunity to review with the tutors & other participants their application of Scotwork's teaching to the real world in which they operate. The tutors will "workshop" specific issues that participants wish to have dealt with.
